Log files

When you visit our website, our system automatically collects technical data such as browser type, operating system, hostname, IP address, date/time of access, pages visited, referrer URL, and transfer volume. This data is stored in log files for up to 3 months to ensure website compatibility, security, and abuse prevention, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

Forms

Application forms: Data entered or uploaded via application forms is processed for the purpose of reviewing and processing your application. It is deleted after 6 months unless an employment relationship is established. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG.

Contact forms: Data submitted via contact forms is used solely to process the specific enquiry and is deleted after the enquiry has been handled, unless statutory retention periods apply. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

External web services

We use external services to provide functionality: Google Fonts, Google reCaptcha, and Lovable hosting. Lovable hosts the site on its global infrastructure and processes data in Sweden (EU/EEA). Google services may transfer personal data, including IP addresses, to the United States and are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We use cookies to ensure full website functionality, improve user-friendliness, and pursue purposes for which you have given consent.
